Training Deposit

A non-refundable $100.00 deposit is required to secure your dog’s training spot.

This deposit must be paid before scheduling the drop-off for training.

While deposits and payments are non-refundable, they may be used as a credit for rescheduling a future training date up to 6 months from the date of payment.

Rescheduling Policy

If you need to reschedule your dog’s training, please contact us at least 14 days before your dog’s scheduled start date.

Your deposit may be transferred as a credit toward a future training date within 6 months of the original payment date.

Cancellation Policy

Monetary refunds for training are not provided at our facility.

Instead, we fully support our training program and believe success comes from a partnership between clients, their dogs, and our trainers.

Program success depends on both parties fulfilling their responsibilities and continuing the work after training is complete.

Although we do not offer monetary refunds, we provide a Lifetime Guarantee.

This guarantee ensures ongoing support for dedicated owners who follow our recommendations for as long as needed.
