We operate on a first-come, first-serve basis for puppy reservations, confirmed upon receipt of a $500.00 deposit.
Puppy deposits are generally non-refundable, except in the event that a healthy puppy of your preferred color and sex is unavailable in the assigned litter. In such cases, we’ll notify you within a week of the litter’s birth, providing the option to transfer your deposit to a future litter or receive a refund.
Ensuring the health of our dogs and puppies is paramount. Therefore, we don’t permit visitors before the scheduled puppy pickup date. However, we keep you engaged with weekly pictures and videos, providing updates on the litter.
Our puppies are ready to join their new homes between 7 and 8 weeks of age. About a week prior to the pickup date, we’ll reach out to coordinate a suitable time for you to choose and collect your puppy. If you’re unable to be present, we can assist in selecting a puppy for you.
We strongly recommend picking up your pup promptly, typically within the 8 to 16-week timeframe, as this period is crucial for bonding with their new owners.
A $30 daily boarding fee applies if your dog is not picked up on the scheduled date. The remaining balance is due on or before your puppy is picked up.
