"Scoop" is a athletic good looking young Chocolate male. He weighs approximately 60lbs. Scoop is a puppy from our kennel. At approximately 6 months of age, Scoop was returned to us. Due to his owners moving and not being able to take him along.
Scoop is a smart young retriever with tons of drive! He’s been through our obedience training program & he is now working on retriever training at our kennel. Currently, he has 3 HRC Started Hunt Test passes. Scoop is the happiest when he is swimming and retrieving. This handsome boy craves one on one attention and will become very loyal companion to his new owner.
He has the drive to be an awesome duck dog / hunt test competitor. This smart dog is obedience trained, collar conditioned & force fetched. He is loads great on an ATV & sits like a pro on a hunting platform. Scoop is steady to shot and is learning blind retrieves.
He is ready to duck hunt as a Started Gun Dog for the 2021-22 Duck Season.
***We believe that Scoop is too active to be content as only a family pet. He will only be placed with someone who plans on spending the time to continue is his training.
