Registration for Dog Boarding

To confirm your boarding reservation, please email the completed paperwork and proof of vaccination to jen@y-farms.com.
You will also need to register for Doggie Dashboard

In addition to completing and emailing your Boarding Paperwork, we ask that all new clients register their dog(s) on DoggieDashboard using the button below.
Doggie Dashboard can also be used to schedule boarding appointments for existing clients.
